This event is all about raising funds for Crush Cancer!
Proceeds go to CHI St Vincent Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research
Putting contest will be held between holes 18 & 1. Make a putt for a great prize!
Registration includes:
Treat Bag and bottled water
Prizes for closest to the pin on 2 par three’s (both women and men).
Chance to win a custom fitted putter for a Hole in One on #9 sponsored by Village Golf & Physical Therapy
Chance to win $10,000 for a Hole in One on #11 sponsored by Clampit’s.
Lunch including a hamburger or grilled chicken sandwich with trimmings, potato wedges, and tea/water/lemonade.
Join the group for lunch and prizes!
There will be tickets to purchase for raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing as well as silent auction items!
Early registration deadline ($50 fee) is Thursday, May 1st at 9 pm.
Late Registration deadline ($60 fee) is Wednesday, May 16th at 9 pm.
